XC Teams Shine at Portage Invite

The Lansing Catholic High School varsity boys and girls cross country teams are having great seasons as both teams are ranked #2 in Division 3. This past weekend the girl’s team won the prestigious Portage Invite by one point over Division 3 #1 ranked and defending State Champion Traverse City St. Francis 106 to 107.

Boys XC Banner to the Rafters

The Lansing Catholic Boys Cross Country team was honored Friday night with their official banner being displayed and raised to the rafters.  They won the Division 3 state championship on November 7th. This is the first ever state championship in boys cross country for Lansing Catholic and the second state championship won by head coach

Three Cougar XC Runners make Dream Team

Boys and Girls Win Portage Invite

The Portage Invite is generally considered the biggest and most prestigious invitational of the XC season. On the boys side 7 of the top 8 ranked teams in D3 were in the race and on the girls side 7 of the top 10 teams in the D3 rankings were in attendance. The boys team won

The Cougar boys and girls XC teams both came away with wins in the first of three CAAC WHITE jamborees. Both teams are defending champs in the White and despite numerous losses to graduation remain at the top of the league. Cougar Alum Jimmy Hicks Lead Georgia XC

Running well a the Furman Cross Country Classic 8k Run, Cougar Alum Jimmy Hicks finished as the first runner for the Georgia Bulldogs and 18th overall. Georgia finished 6th overall. Way to go Jimmy!!

Rebera Runs Well in Wisconsin

Keenan Rebera, a little under the weather, ran a strong race at the Footlocker Midwest Regional last Saturday in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Our two time STATE CHAMPION covered the course in 15:48 to finish 21st in this showcase meet. Congats on a great day!
